Acceptance of orders
after placing an order on our website or WhatsApp we send some images as well as videos (if required) of the product purchased by the customer through WhatsApp or other digital forms for the customer’s acceptance of what will be dispatched or received after acceptance from the buyer we will ship the same.
Cancellation
A buyer can cancel the order before the item(s) have been shipped. We will refund the full amount the buyer has spent. After the shipment dispatched there is no cancellation is entertained.
If you receive a damaged item from us:
- We take great care in packaging our products so they are transport-worthy. Nonetheless, if an item ordered by you on holinesscraft.com was delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at holinesscraft@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7011473391 within 24 hours of material receipt along with one shot unboxing video of the package illustrating the damage. We will contact the logistics partner and initiate a transit damage claim. The buyer (customer) is not liable to pay return charges, in this case, is entitled to replacement on approval of a claim.
